At Hive Corporate Wellness, our goal is simple – to deliver small, research-backed activities that make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of your team.
We know that flexibility is key. That’s why our sessions can be delivered online or in person, fitting seamlessly into your working day.
Whether your team is based in the office, working remotely, or split across multiple locations, we’ll adapt to what works best for you. Research shows that even short bouts of physical activity and mindful breaks can improve focus and reduce workplace stress by up to 30% (Harvard Business Review, 2022). Our flexible delivery ensures your team can access these benefits – wherever they are.
Mobility, posture, and stress management sit at the heart of everything we do. Each month, we introduce a new curriculum of short, effective sessions designed to build healthy habits that last. Mobility & Mindfulness (25 minutes) A blend of gentle mobility work, simple strength exercises, and mindfulness practice – think “yoga meets your physio in a gym.” This session helps reduce tension, boost energy, and improve body awareness.
Comfy clothes or gym wear are ideal, but not essential. Keep Your Shirt On (15 minutes) A quick, accessible stretch class designed for the office — no gym kit required. We focus on easing the common aches caused by desk work, then close with a short breathing exercise your team can carry into the rest of the day. Regular mobility and breathing practice can reduce musculoskeletal discomfort and perceived stress by up to 25%, helping employees feel better and work better.
A firm favourite among the teams we support. Our Challenge Weeks are interactive, team-based wellbeing events delivered through your preferred communication platform (WhatsApp, Teams, or Slack).
Each day, participants take part in one or two simple but impactful challenges – from expressing gratitude to a colleague, to preparing a high-protein breakfast.
These activities are designed to boost mood, resilience, and team connection. We stay in touch throughout the week, offering encouragement and practical tips, before crowning your Challenge Week Champion at the end. Studies show that team-based wellbeing initiatives can increase employee engagement by up to 41% and improve workplace morale — and we’ve seen that first-hand.
